[quick]解决3.5中的触摸bug

发现问题

项目从3.3rc1升级到3.5后,很多触摸事件都变得不正常了

于是

在cocoachina上发现了这篇文章
已经有童鞋在github上提交了pr戳这里

然后

在编译simulator的时候,windows.h找不到,结果发现win7+vs2013是需要windows8.1的sdk百度盘

最后

问题解决了
